Supervision is compulsory for most professional therapists and at Invicta we place a high value on the supervisory space. It is ideal for reflection, definition, clarity and hence professional growth. It’s a very powerful opportunity to explore ethical issues and also to examine our own ‘edges’ as therapists. We often experience deep insight in supervisions and some ‘wow’ moments around our work. We have several supervisors at Invicta who are passionate about this space!
